It feel amazing to find another forward thinking shop like yours with leadership that is actively seeking rapid growth.
Your sales systems are absolutely undeniable and your growth is extremely impressive. Sales is the most complimentary strength we see bring value alongside the marketing systems we've mastered in the screen printing industry.
About Olive Branch Growth:
After years of building websites, and ad campaigns for my own online retail businesses, I grew sick and tired of managing of inventory that was being manufactured overseas.
I scoured for positions to bring these inherently valuable web design and marketing skills to a local business here to my beautiful hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado.
Garrett Danielson of Pine Print Shop found me while seeking some help combating slow season by developing systems that along with his one man sales army, Patrick, would call and close with an unrelenting effort I've never seen topped.
To generate inbound leads for Patrick in January, we built a better contact form using lead quizzes to create an interactive experience for potential buyers, built pages for SEO, and filmed reels to drive organic web traffic.
In February we launched google ads campaigns to attract all demand for our best selling products.
By March we were up over 50% over last year.
In April Garrett purchased a warehouse and a press. Slow season had been effectively eliminated. Pine finished their year up 60% over last.
In May our systems were so bolted down and automated to the point that my job was just managing the instagram. After building the single most profitable funnel of my life I was hungry for more than social media management. Garrett then referred me to Dylan Gilligan of the Shirt Show Podcast with whom I developed New York Tee Company.
Dylan soon after brought me into Upstate Merch and we repeated the same returns we saw at Pine. We've been referring each other shops and working on projects for over a year now and I like to think of myself as his secret weapon, as he always tells me not to work with anyone but his referrals.
A year later I have found myself with an incredible group of growth minded print shops seeing success with my systems.
We decided to ONLY work with screen printers for a couple big reasons. There's so much margin to work with that ads are very very profitable immediately, and our websites and ads are PROVEN to work in this industry.
Another big reason we only work with screen printers is 95% of time you guys are just cool likeminded people that are easy to work with. Your inherent eye for design, sales, bootstrap mentality, and support of the American worker, consistently attracts creative entrepreneurs that we absolutely love collaborating with.
Our unofficial mission is strive to arm the rebels against the custom inks of the world stealing market share from the small business. We want to help keep local manufacturing jobs, and the American dream prospering in this industry by giving the tools of tomorrow for the hard working people of today.
It seems like Carpenter would be a perfect fit for us. You've seen how sales can blow the lid off a business, wait until you add marketing.
Let's Grow,
Sincerely, Brian Mendoza
What You Need:
Your website is solid, so you don't need a full overhaul there, but if you wanted something that looks incredible, this is the kind of work we are capable of. A good website is the number one digital marketing investment to make.
Your contact form is an area with lots of room for improvement, It looks like it probably converts below 5% and that the information you collect is almost never enough to quote a job with.
You need a lead quiz that converts over 10% and gets way way more information and than a boring contact form.
Once you have a website that looks great and more importantly converts twice as good as your entire market, you have an insane advantage in paid advertising.
It's absolutely a no brainer in this industry to buy great leads for 20$ from Google for customers actively searching "custom apparel" :embroidered hoodies" ect. that are about to spend $1,500 or $5,000 or $15,000 with someone to print their apparel. Why not pay to have that be you?
We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on ads and countless hours in this industry refining over and over how to target big jobs, specific industries, and repeat customers with enough lifetime value to make your head spin at the return on ad spend. (25x and beyond)
A good sales team can convert a third of these, I'd bet you can so better. That's $60 client acquisition like Swiss clockwork guaranteed after 90 days or i'll eat a shirt.
What it Costs to Build: (First 30 Days)
For a full website and lead quiz and ad campaign: 5,000
For just a lead quiz embedded in your existing website: 1,500
What it costs to Optimize: (Month Two)
It takes time a ton of experience to make sure everything loads smooth on a website and for a sales funnel to run optimally. We use millions of data points to track where customers are coming from, what they searched, demographics, why they might be leaving early, and how to make sure the right clients stay active until they're on press.
For a Full Website: $1,500
For Just a lead Quiz and Ads: $750
What it Costs to Maintain: (Month Three and Beyond)
Once you have a humming lead generating engine, you're going to want someone to drive it for you for a while, or teach you how. The man hours here are still existent, but definitely not to the degree of the first few months, the price reflects that change accordingly so you can allocate budget to ads.
For Full Website: $750
For Ads and Quiz: $500
