Your funnel is missing one big thing, and that is TRAFFIC. There are a few ways to get more of it, let's "free" traffic first. 

"Free traffic" or organic traffic is visitors on your website you didn't buy with advertising. One way to get this traffic is by first creating online experiences people want to visit. Search engines crawl your website and keep track of who is entering and how long they are staying to rank and recommend which sites people enjoy and which sites people do not. 

A big part of the reason companies like Elite Ink are ranking above you is the fact they have a website optimized for both search engines and visitors to quickly and repeatedly gain a clear understanding of who they are and what they offer. The second "free" way to get traffic is via social media, you can grow your audience by constantly filming content that stands out and grows your reputation as I did with @pinebrand on Instagram when I worked there every day on it, but I didn't do that job for free, and although it's worth doing if you're good at filming videos, it costs a lot of man hours to see results, and even more to get good enough to see progress. 

The best way to get more traffic to your web funnel and eyes on your company is unquestionably search advertising.

Any time anyone in the state of Iowa searches for custom shirts, screen print shops, custom hoodies, etc. You can pay Google 2 dollars to have that person actively searching your services on your website. 

You can and should buy 100 clicks for $200 and with a good web funnel converting 10% of visitors to leads, that's 10 leads, with a good sales team converting at 20% that's 2 new clients for $100 each. 

The average job size in screen printing is $1,500 and that client may repeat that order with you for years, that client seems worth every bit of $100 especially since it's very common to see leads come in for hundreds of shirts.

If you had a machine that you inserted a hundred-dollar bill and got a new client out the other side, would you use it?

Google Ads Campaign: Anyone in the state of Iowa searching for custom shirts, custom hoodies, custom hats, etc. involved in industries or interests of your choice will be funneled into your website using the power of Google Ads and Google Analytics.

 

Website: The strength of your Google ads campaign depends greatly on the experience of waiting for them after the click. Does your homepage tell your story? is it inviting? Are the colors stimulating? Are all their questions answered before they can ask them? Can they easily reach out?

All of these are extremely important to the visitor. 

All that matters to Google is that its users receive a good experience on a complete website, if you don't have one, Google will send its best traffic elsewhere.

Lead Quiz: Running ads directly to a homepage is almost always unprofitable, and running ads directly to Inksoft doesn't tell your visitors about your shop or team even a little before you ask them to essentially be your art department for you. 

A lead quiz is an interactive first experience where the customer gets to learn about your shop and the printing process while they tell you all about their project, their business, and their needs. 

These quizzes convert 11-14% of visitors to leads, creating a constant stream of red-hot leads to sales personnel right at the very top of the funnel.

Inksoft: After a customer completes the quiz, they can be directed to different products or collections of garments or products based on their lead quiz answers. 

This will provide an opportunity to design the vision they just described in the quiz, with the information about the printing process and introduction to your shop necessary to move forward with their project with the process in mind. 

Now they'll understand the implication of their artwork colors, placements, and colors, and if they don't finish, your sales team already has all the information necessary to help them finish from the lead quiz.

To do this in-house for you would take a whole lot of hours to build, and months to perfect, and you'd still end up competing against us with whoever partners with us in Iowa.

Our pricing structure is broken into three phases.


Month One, Buildout: $4,000 

Building a machine that prints out clients for $100 takes a lot of hours, and the experimentation it took to develop is in the thousands of hours. This website, campaign, quiz, and ink soft integration will get you, extra clients, forever and will be profitable in the first 90 days or I'll eat a shirt. 


Month Two, OPTIMIZATION: $2000

Once it's up and running, this sales funnel will get scrutinized under a microscope, from the ads to the quiz to the ink soft integration we'll go through and smooth every bump along the way to ensure that not only are clients visiting your website, but that they are staying.

We'll build out lead notification automation, and make the perfect adjustments based on hundreds of thousands of data points to make sure there is steady traffic to your funnel. Ensuring that when a client enters your shop they are greeted with an aesthetically pleasing site where they have a fun time and leave a customer for life.



Month Three, SYSTEM ADMIN: $1000

Once you have a humming lead-generating engine, you're going to want someone to drive it for you for a while, or at least teach you how. In this phase, I am available to you to scale up and down on ads, build new product funnels, consult, and, manage all the moving parts for you.

The price reflects the change in man hours accordingly to ensure you're not paying me like an employee for work you don't need until the end of time, but I am always a phone call away, and always keeping your presses spinning. 

Maintenance is also where you get the constant improvements of all my other shops built onto yours as time goes on. 

 

MONTHLY AD SPEND:

Ad Spend can be turned up or down depending on your capacity and current turnaround time.

A good starting point is $30 a day which should generate you at least one lead per day. 

This should get you at least a new job per week, and allow Google and me enough data to optimize your campaign to target bigger clients reasonably early into this campaign.

If you have the extra room on your calendar and want to scale further, your strategy could support up to $100-$150 for 4-7 leads a day based on your production capacity.

When fall rolls around and the last thing you need is another job, you can always dial down to $10-20 a day to keep your market presence and keep your campaign ready for the slow season again.
